Did you know:  If you want to make prepayments on your annual assessments you can do that?  All you have to do is login and may a payment anytime and the credit will stay on your account until the next years assessments are charged. Please click the "Pay Dues" button at the top. 

Did you know: The brick wall on Airline Stuebner belongs to the association?  The association just made several repairs to this wall as well as having it pressure washed.  Eventually the wall will have to be replaced.  The association does have a Reserve Account also known as a “rainy day fund” to be used for this purpose.
